Spiritual Accompaniment
(Spiritual Direction) — The fullness of life calls for our attention and presence on multiple fronts. How do we bring intention to the ways our singular and unique life unfolds in everyday moments? How do we stay grounded in our core values in the midst of challenge? What practices do we have that nurture our spirit?
Spiritual Accompaniment
Whatever your spiritual or religious expression, your journey has likely taken twists and turns, rich with questions, doubts, and experiences of awe, wonder and mystery. Inviting a practice of Spiritual Accompaniment offers the opportunity for soulful exploration that can awaken new awareness of the resources available in the spiritual dimension of your life.
Spiritual Directors meet about once a month with individuals and/or groups for reflection and conversation that is both sacred and confidential. Sessions can be in person or on a virtual platform.
It is my privilege to work with people who are…
- In interfaith relationships, who find it valuable to explore what practices or traditions are important to hold onto and what is challenging to let go of;
- Elders, with many life stories and relationships to reflect upon, treasure, reconcile and/or heal;
- In moments of transition or struggle, seeking to anchor themselves and explore paths to inner strength and resilience;
- Interested in spiritual accompaniment for any reason; or
- Interested in participating in a small group for spiritual reflection. The monthly or semi-monthly schedule and location will be formed around interested participants.
Fees
Fees for hour-long individual sessions or ninety-minute group sessions are offered on a sliding scale. Please reach out for a free introductory and exploratory conversation.
